The Real Hustle (New Zealand) S01E02 - Kimberly Hill
Ahhh! This could have been one of my favourite scenes if they could have handcuffed her behind her back! Kimberly Hill is handcuffed in front in the New Zealand version of the scammer show.
There was an U.S. version of the show. I forget the actress, but they ran the jewlery scam. She was cuffed hands behind (although it looks like they didn't close the cuffs.)
