Cherilyn Wilson and an unknown girl are cuffed behind their backs at different times in this episode.
Don't know the second girl, but the first actress(blonde) is Cherilyn Wilson. I'm laughing right now because my friend is a filmmaker and is a fan of Ms. Wilson through some of her other credits. He joked yesterday that this scene would probably be added.
